Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,273 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular magnesium ion homeostasis, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with TRPM7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM7 results are reported.
