TRPM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNJ1, ZRANB2_S188, and PLCG2. Each is linked with TRPM6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM6 versus SYNJ1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
