TRPM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HROB, POC1A, and IMP4. Each is linked with TRPM6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HROB grouped by TRPM6-low versus TRPM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
