Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 760 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH2, RIT2, and PRAMEF9. Each is linked with TRPM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM6 results are reported.
