Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, PARVG, and SKAP2. Each is linked with TRPM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM2 versus LCP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
