Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,598 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAX1, MS4A1, and CLEC12A. Each is linked with TRPM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPM2 versus LAX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
