Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2A2, UQCRH, and BNIP3. Each is linked with TRPM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTF2A2 grouped by TRPM2-low versus TRPM2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
