Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,078 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell chemotaxis, Amacrine cell differentiation, and Dendritic cell migration. Each is linked with TRPM2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM2 results are reported.
