TRPM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf53, PHF5A, and DHRS13. Each is linked with TRPM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C10orf53 grouped by TRPM2-low versus TRPM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
