TRPM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 261 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, MRGPRD, and GFPT2. Each is linked with TRPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPM1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by TRPM1-low versus TRPM1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
