Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRPC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRPC7 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TRPC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRPC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, THYM, and KIRP are the cancer types where TRPC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
