TRPC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,015 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIZ, SCYL3_S707, and BDH1. Each is linked with TRPC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC7 versus WIZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
