TRPC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, TFRC, and eEF2. Each is linked with TRPC7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by TRPC7-low versus TRPC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
