Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 398 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ferroptosis, Regulation of nucleotide metabolic process, and B cell apoptotic process. Each is linked with TRPC7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC7-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC7 results are reported.
