TRPC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,584 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, CAVIN3, and NID1. Each is linked with TRPC6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC6 versus RSU1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
