TRPC6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,620 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS3, TRIM59, and SNHG14. Each is linked with TRPC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC6 versus GINS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
