TRPC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,915 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, DHODH, and CHCHD3. Each is linked with TRPC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by TRPC6-low versus TRPC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
