TRPC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, p90 RSK_pT359_S363, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TRPC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by TRPC6-low versus TRPC6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
