TRPC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEU2, ALKBH7, and SDHAF4. Each is linked with TRPC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC6-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 grouped by TRPC6-low versus TRPC6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
