TRPC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,787 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, PRKG1, and GUCY1B1. Each is linked with TRPC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC4-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC4 versus MAP1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
