Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP393, RNU6-1029P, and MIR556. Each is linked with TRPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC2-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP393 grouped by TRPC2-low versus TRPC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
