TRPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,673 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, FERMT2, and RCN3. Each is linked with TRPC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPC1 versus SEC23B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
