TRPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,755 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAE, ATPAF1, and HJURP. Each is linked with TRPC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAE grouped by TRPC1-low versus TRPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
