Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,721 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with TRPC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPC1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPC1 results are reported.
