Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRPA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRPA1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRPA1 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRPA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and COAD are the cancer types where TRPA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
