Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,401 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRPA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGA11, PALLD, and RCN3. Each is linked with TRPA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPA1 versus ITGA11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
