TRPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, ZDHHC12, and H2BC13. Each is linked with TRPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by TRPA1-low versus TRPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
