TRPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,674 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSC, S1PR3, and SRXN1. Each is linked with TRPA1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRPA1 versus MSC in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
