Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,901 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to carbon dioxide, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion. Each is linked with TRPA1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRPA1-to-partner and partner-to-TRPA1 results are reported.
