Across TCGA cell cohorts, TROAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TROAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15L2, TAFA1, and NLRP2B. Each is linked with TROAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TROAP-to-partner and partner-to-TROAP results are reported.
