TRO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,482 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBN1, VCAN, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with TRO in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRO-to-partner and partner-to-TRO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRO versus DBN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
