Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRO protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,801 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP2_S2668, UNC93B1, and WDR5. Each is linked with TRO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRO-to-partner and partner-to-TRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRO versus RANBP2_S2668 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
