Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P3, FECH, and TIMM21. Each is linked with TRO in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRO-to-partner and partner-to-TRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P3 grouped by TRO-low versus TRO-high in UCS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
