Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRO-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, BBOF1, and CHRNA4. Each is linked with TRO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRO-to-partner and partner-to-TRO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXT grouped by TRO-low versus TRO-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRO→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
