TRNT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,337 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, TOP2B, and HDAC2. Each is linked with TRNT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNT1 versus KIAA1143 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
