TRNT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,384 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THUMPD3, RPL32, and CMC1. Each is linked with TRNT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNT1 versus THUMPD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
