TRNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4G. Each is linked with TRNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27_pT198 grouped by TRNT1-low versus TRNT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
