TRNT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRNT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,418 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRBN, MRPS25, and UBP1. Each is linked with TRNT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNT1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNT1 versus CRBN in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
