TRNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,263 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPN5, SPAG1, and NFATC2IP. Each is linked with TRNP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRNP1 versus CAPN5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
