Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 154 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, PSMA7, and SPEF1. Each is linked with TRNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNP1 results are reported.
