TRNP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRNP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, Shc_pY317, and VEGFR2. Each is linked with TRNP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by TRNP1-low versus TRNP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
