Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,933 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRNP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of kidney size, Response to rapamycin, and Positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade. Each is linked with TRNP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRNP1-to-partner and partner-to-TRNP1 results are reported.
