TRMT9B

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRMT9B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRMT9B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TRMT9B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CHOL, and STAD are the cancer types where TRMT9B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
