The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRMT61A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRMT61A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRMT61A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
