TRMT61A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT61A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,759 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT61A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT6, GINS1, and MCM8. Each is linked with TRMT61A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT61A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT61A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT61A versus TRMT6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT61A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT61A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
