The most reproducible TRMT61A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, Ribosome biogenesis, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with TRMT61A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT61A-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT61A results are reported.
