TRMT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESF1, TRMT61A, and CSE1L. Each is linked with TRMT6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT6-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT6 versus ESF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
