TRMT6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, NOP56, and MCM8. Each is linked with TRMT6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT6-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRMT6 versus GINS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
