TRMT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRMT6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with TRMT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT6-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TRMT6-low versus TRMT6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
