TRMT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRMT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRMT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL7, KLHL40, and SMCP. Each is linked with TRMT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRMT6-to-partner and partner-to-TRMT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL7 grouped by TRMT6-low versus TRMT6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRMT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRMT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
